This clear brilliant white wine is gold-yellow of colour. The perfume consists of fruit aromas and vanilla. After swirling, we notice ripe pear, yellow prunes, Golden Rennet apples, honey, acacia walnut and light floral hints.

On the palate we notice a round flavour with mild acidity, light bitterness and a long finish.

This wine would fit perfectly with a pasta fruti di mare (not or lightly tomated), a Vitello tonnato or a carpaccio.
